Jodie is an Australian contemporary visual artist.

Jodie's paintings are mostly done impasto style... thick, lustrous, and wonderfully messy.

She spreads the oil paint onto the canvas with a palette knife which give the paintings a 3D quality. On close inspection her paintings appear abstract, containing many different colours, but when viewed from a distance, the eye naturally blends those colours and a recognisable image forms.  Her paintings have been described as bold and sensual.
